If your pilots are not getting their activation emails follow the steps below:
1. Have them check their spam folder for the email.
2. Open up VCAS, go to the pilot area and click on the pilot that did not receive the email.
3. On the bottom of the pilot table is the pilot data, on the bottom is a text box with a URL calls "Activation Link".
4. Copy that link and send it to the respective pilot. That pilot can click on that link that you send him and complete the activation.
