Subscriptions postponed for 2 to 4 weeks.

Due to me being away on business all last week and not having the time to do what I wanted to get done. I am going to post pone the April 1 date.

I want to make sure that the system is ready and the web based VCAS is ready to go at that time. There is also going to be a VAFS update that needs to get done too. For those that have already paid, I have your information and your account will be marked as paid and start at the time the subscriptions go live.
