VAFS 2.1.9 UPDATE

This update will fix the problem with the map not updating.

VAFS3 is still being beta tested. Although it is looking good there are still a few areas that need to be running correctly before I go to an open beta. I also need to have the manuals created too, once these items are working and completed, I will open up VASF3 to the public for a public beta.
