Mike,

Senior captains are able to fly 747, 767, 757, 737 ect. Is there any way you can make it so that we (CEO's) can put it so that maybe a senior captain makes 2x money when flying the Lear or CRJ. Just to keep those aircraft hours up as well. Maybe free jumpseats?

See where I'm getting out? Why fly a lear for an hour, if theres a 747 flight thats an hour?

Lets hear anybodys feedback.

I kind of see what you mean by that. But i dont see how that would work.. if you pay X2 for a Senior captain on a Lear or CRJ, your losing a bit of profit yourself. The free jumpseats would be neat for Senior captains.

Put in ranks for only those specific aircraft.
